I did all the things — Chinese Medicine, herbalism, acupuncture, dietary changes, exercise, juicing, and all the things. It wasn’t until I learned more about the mental and emotional causes of imbalance in the body. And it clicked — after I did some mirror work, which was me looking in the mirror saying affirmations of acceptance and love.
A month later, my acne healed. And it has been ever since. Chinese Medicine and energetics gave me a framework to understand the body. It wasn’t until I did a holistic approach to healing until it happened and I got the results I wanted.
